1. General Return Policy (Hygiene Standard)

All sales are final. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," or for products that have been opened, tested, or used. Once a product has been delivered, we cannot accept it back into our inventory to ensure safety for future customers.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken during transit, we are here to help.

We offer a free replacement/exchange for items that are verified as damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, you must follow these steps:

  • Report Issue: You must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Proof: To prevent fraudulent claims, you are required to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in. Claims without proper visual proof will not be accepted.

  • Review Process: Our team will review your submission and respond within 24 hours.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will dispatch a replacement unit to you immediately at no extra cost.

3. Non-Delivery (Lost Packages)

If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the package is lost in transit:

  • We will investigate the matter with our shipping partner.

  • If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement shipment.
